Camp Rules
• Campers and visitors
must register upon arrival and pay appropriate fees. • Check
out time is 1:00 pm. If you wish to stay longer, you must receive
permission from the campground owner. • No
more than two vehicles per campsite. Additional parking is
available at the pavilion. • Quiet
time is 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. This rule will be strictly enforced. • No
visitors will be allowed to enter the campground after 10:00 pm.
All visitors must be out of camp by 11:00 pm. Otherwise they
will be charged an overnight fee. • Recreation
Hall will be closed at 11:00 pm each night. • PLEASE
RESPECT PRIVACY OF OTHERS! • Alcoholic
beverages are permitted in camp, however, Pennsylvania state laws
must be obeyed. Underage drinking will not be tolerated. Anyone
violating the alcohol policy will cause eviction from the campground
of the entire party of that site. • All
pets must be leashed or under close control at all times. You must
clean up after your pets. Pets must not be left unattended at your
campsite. Pets which are housetrained are allowed in rustic
cabins. No pets are allowed in White Tail of Black Bear Lodge. • All small children
must be supervised in rest rooms. Loitering in rest room buildings
is not permitted. • Each
site is equipped with a fire ring. Fire rings are not to be moved! • Campfires
must be attended at all times, and must extinguished before leaving
camp or retiring for the night. • No
cutting of standing trees, dead or alive, for any purpose. Downed
brush or trees may be gathered for firewood. • Please
keep sites clean at all times. • Please
dispose of trash, including cigarette butts, properly. • Campground
speed limit is 10 miles per hour and will be strictly enforced.
Please observe all stop signs and one-way signs. Watch out
for children playing or riding bicycles. • Children
riding bikes in camp must wear safety equipment in accordance with
Pennsylvania state laws, and obey the rules of the road. • Use
of all terrain vehicles (ATVs) or similar vehicles is not permitted
in camp without special permission from the campground owner. • No
shooting of fireworks, firearms or bows and arrows on campground
property. • Do not pick
plants, flowers or disturb wildlife. • Bears
have been seen in camp and are dangerous animals. Do not feed or
approach them. Please abide by the warnings posted throughout camp.
• No washing of pots,
pans, etc. in restrooms. • No
washing vehicles in campground. • No
throwing stones or other objects in campground. • Anyone
defacing or destroying campground property, acting in an illegal
manner, or otherwise failing to obey campground rules will be evicted
from the campground. • The
campground reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed
acting in an inappropriate manner and will ask that person(s) to
leave immediately, with no refund. • Refunds
will not be given to parties evicted from the campground.
